In all fairness, I should explain that some of the bizarre colors have to do with paint scraping, so maybe somebody's going to restore the old beauty. When I was a kid, "Miss Claude" lived in this house, and was famous for having a grand piano. It is at the top of what some Montezuman's call Literary Hill, and a few years back there was a great community war over whether or not a Starvin' Marvin's could be built right across the street. (The Literary Hill ladies won)
